As a Certified Trainer, Bio Sciences Major, and future Doctor of Physical Therapy, my knowledge in several stretching systems like muscle activation methods, Self Myo Fascial Release (SMR), and mobilization techniques are used to increase athletic performance and injury prevention.
But the most important aspect of any fitness level comes with proper workout methods, injury prevention, and being healthy. As a precaution, extra care and safety will be taken in our sessions.
We can train you in a small group, team setting of 4-10, or just 1-on-1 to target specific goals.
